this photo was taken right before the tragic event in early march. Apparently Frosty was crossing the street to buy a paper about 9:40 am when a gust of wind blew his magic hat off. The moving van tried to stop but skidded right into the poor chap…
They made another snowman but he had a hungarian accent and wasn’t quite as loved as Frosty. They named him Gustov the snow elder. Gustov works in a a meat packing plant and doesn’t have much time for frolicing and dancing… oh well… another hero lost
